The prototype of the Houdini 7, the third model in the series, has arrived!
The Houdini 7 features an immersive 86° field corrected for Newtonian coma down to F/3, offering superb contrast, comfortable eye relief, and minimal distortion.
We made the Houdini 7 even sharper than its larger siblings by using some special glass. We expect this eyepiece to be great for planetary observations.
We plan to conduct an in-depth validation with various telescopes during the new moon week this month.
If all goes well the eyepiece will go into production and we hope to release it in December.
